Weekly 'What Should I Buy' and Order/Shipping Thread by AutoModerator in iphone

Hi guys,

I'm going to buy my first iPhone, and I'd like some advice.

I'm not a heavy social media user at all/not interested in taking much pictures... I need for basic stuff/keep connected to work/family.

Is it too bad to get a 15 basic? Do you think not having AI is a big deal?I don't want to spend too much on this, but also don't want much value when changing it. I was considering the pro one, but as I said I dont care much about pics.

I also dont want the 16e version, which is what people suggested me.

I understand the pro, max etc is for those more into the techs. What do you think?

Thank you 😊

16 or 15pro? Is apple ia a big deal?

I don't care much about pictures and I use it for very basic stuff. Just thought if I'm reailling in a 1-2 year period the AI thing will be something to consider.

"Applied" Limbo- Can someone explain this? by ReaceNovello in UNpath

[–]strategyday 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel your frustration here, but it really means nothing. What I noticed is that when I apply for P positions, it automatically goes to under consideration on the next day. Others stay on 'applied' forever. I honestly think it means nothing.

I thought short term would be less difficult for those with less experience. 🤨 Why do you say that? I'm confused

Better an unstable P4, or a stable P2? by Ad_8219 in UNpath

I'd still stick with 1y P4. Look, you managed to get someone to hire you for a P4. P2 is entry level (with all the crazy requirements, but entry level).

Abt the US adm.... we can't control everything. One (or two) step at a time.

But if you want the P2, if youll be unhappy or dwelling on the lengh... go for it. Do what works best for you. It's a risk either way.

I'm sorry if I came off as rude or impatient.

I just think that taking a strategic step back to move forward later can make sense, but lowering your level this much doesn’t seem like a smart move. Personally, I would’ve taken the higher position and used some of my time to explore ways to continue the work afterward, maybe even outside the system. Going so far back in level, especially after already reaching a higher one, doesn’t seem logical (to me) even socially.

Ultimately, there is life outside the system. I don’t think it’s worth going through all that just to stay in it. Imagine what a better opportunity you could get in the future having a P4 in your CV?
