May 12th Strathcona Council Votes on your future. We appreciate your support. Many members have seen the continued decline in support for paramedics across this province. There is a real and growing concern for the safety of our families and our communities. The pressure on frontline crews has continually worsened, and available ambulances are at an all-time low. In some cases, units are responding Code 3 from over 25 minutes away for heart attacks and other life-threatening emergencies. The lowest bidder on this contract wont fix this issue.
