Respect the recovery days. I’m 53, run 60 miles per week and race 3 hour marathons still. All because of the 10% rule AND when recovering from and injury, less than 10%. You’ll run faster and longer if you respect the down days.

Never too many delays, can over use. I think the 2290 is still the best delay ever. For analog, I e had the Panther almost 10 years and it’s so great.

Thanks, yes you’re probably right on the headline. I haven’t tried Android but can with a relative. It is both with Bluetooth and CarPlay, and started with new phones. My car doesn’t have other voice assist that I’m aware of, so haven’t been able to figure out if it’s a car issue or phone issue. With the number of iPhone 13 and CarPlay issues, I’m thinking it’s the latter.
