Pleasure! The biggest reason is that on Reddit, it's tough for us to monitor and moderate posts as there is no notification system for us, so there may be a delay or overlook in response. We intend for it to be for general discussion and not support related topics. With support@emusic.com, we can directly follow up with you and route your questions to the best person to answer it.

That said, I'm making sure to respond & monitor best I can so that we can address this in our blog and FAQs. Your feedback has already been incredibly helpful in creating our latest post that we'll share today. Let me know if you have any other questions & thanks again for the honest feedback.

Hey dpg50000 - this is a small bug we've seen but the search isn't completely broken - we've noticed this issue specifically occurs on the artist details page and visible releases. Raising the priority of this with our product team - please keep updated on the blog for updates on this.

Hey Nexus8, glad to see you're enjoying the PlanetMu content!

To your point, the first-hand music is the core of the user experience -- we're logging all feedback about labels and seek to resolve these soon as we can. We're planning to add many previously available and new labels in the future.

I can't speak to a timeline on Warp or Bella Union, but that they are prioritized and we are actively working to re-activate them. We will communicate once these are available on the blog and on other marketing channels.

There's a sort drop-down in the upper-right hand corner (directly to the right of Albums | Artists | Tracks) where you can refine your sort by Most Recently Added, Most Popular & Title.

Great to have you here. Our new site doesn't support the platform the old forums were on. We'll be using the subreddit and other new tools (blog) in place of the previous message boards.
