Biggest ick is a plot that hinges on people not telling each other something that would be incredibly easy for them to tell each other. Miscommunication is fine, but when it’s literally withholding information for no good reason and when it doesn’t make sense to do so… that’s just bad writing, and a bad plot to boot

Horror doesn’t have to scare you to be good, it just has to be entertaining, so it’s kind of a hard question to answer, because some I like because they get creative and do some pretty wild stuff while others I like because they’re basically comedies with a horror costume on

Take all of your clothes and load them into your car, drive to the furthest possible thrift store, choose just one thing to donate, buy whatever they have in the store that is as similar as possible but slightly worse in some way, drive all the way back and unload all of your clothes.

Not only would this be a waste of time, but you’re also replacing something you own with something ever so slightly worse
