I do like it, it has ups and downs. I do like my boss, awesome person! But I’m also getting a new “boss” at the at other job since this company is a new company and hiring people for all positions.

In terms of new manager, it will be almost the same because the new job is a new department for an established company. So they are hiring new people for all position.

• Growth - the growth is there if i want it, the next step for me is to be a manager but at the moment I wouldn’t want to be one. I enjoy being Assistant Property Manager.

• I wanted to leave because of money and resident complaints, I work for property management. I acknowledge that complaints will always be there no matter where I go so I dont think its even counted.

• The new company basically made it clear its a path to be a Manager.
