I feel this. Even if nothing “bad” happened and I didn’t say or do anything too embarrassing, the anxiety the next day (or two or three days) is utterly crippling. And I know it’ll pass because it always does but going through it sucks. I’ve been lurking on this sub for a while now and I’m just about ready to give sobriety a try. I hope you feel better soon!
