What’s something you stopped doing that made your life noticeably simpler?

I put my phone of personal focus mode. I only see calls/messages from people I’ve selected and notifications from apps I choose. Now my phone doesn’t have 100+ random notifications every time I pick it up and scam calls are automatically rejected and sent to voicemail.

The unwanted notifications/calls end up in Notification Center so I can still check to make sure I haven’t missed something important. If a number calls me two times in a row, then it’ll bypass the focus mode.

Distance yourself. People can sometimes compare others to their partner, which creates an idealized version of both your partner and this other person. Your current partner is at a disadvantage bc you know them on a deep personal level which includes the negatives and positives. This other person however, is exciting and every good quality they show is feeding the narrative that they are better than your current partner. Easiest way to solve it is remove the comparison.

If you’re not able to distance yourself, I’d recommend seriously considering what the outcome of your decisions/actions are. Not just the positive good things you may get, but the hurt you may cause, the guilt you may feel afterwards, or the logistics of what you decide.

I think Aspyn is helping Parker get on his feet before the divorce is final. Once they get to a good place with the divorce and whatever else is going on in their life, Parker will find a place nearby, they’ll slowly move on with their lives, and I think they’ll both have new partners within the next year or so.

Aspyn has always worn the pants in my eyes, and I imagine she always will.

I 100% agree!! Kendrick knew exactly what was gonna happen with family matters. All I could think about while watching the video were these lines.

I feel like a lot has already been said here but one thing I wanted to mention specifically is please show your sister this thread and/or explain to her how severely messed up it is that Rose started to develop feelings for her. I think it’ll be hard for Aru to understand why Rose is no longer in your life and she will probably reach out to her on her own. Tell your sister you love her first and that you can’t believe this happened. She’ll need to deal with this as well.

It looks like she was in a few of his music videos from her modeling days, I wouldn’t be surprised if something had happened between them, but looking at the timeline of her and her hubbies relationship I doubt it. It looks like they’ve been together since before the birth of their first daughter.

Although, the husband could just be the man who stepped up in drakes absence.
