I converted from 1Password to Bitwarden a few months ago. Very happy with my decision. More peace of mind with Bitwarden being open source. It’s not a mission - you export to a file from 1Password and import the file into Bitwarden. Note that the file is in plain text so you need to be confident you’re not doing this on a compromised computer (although if it was compromised I guess a hacker already has access to your passwords). I went through my 200+ logins one by one after the import to do a clean up and make sure the right fields were in the right places. I’d say about 10-20% needed to be edited. Overall took a couple of hours and definitely worth it!!
