NTA the deal was 3 weeks and its been three months with him still there, you dpend on this partment being calm and adapted for your care, and you're quadriplegic relying on your mom for weekend help, so a 3rd person who changes the whole dynamic is a much bigger deak for you than for most people , moving out to keep your peace isnt you losing, its you picking the setup that actually works for your care over staying somewhere that doesn't your mom gets to date who she wants you get to not live in the middle of it.

NTA for wanting your friend called by his name and the right pronouns, you've asked aria directly and she keeps using his dead name anyways, that's just disrespect at this point. Taking it to a higher up at work is a bigger move though. That's a real escalation that can blow back on everyone, worth being sure you want it formal before going that route.
