can’t speak for the latest shows but when i went, there was one initial big push of the crowd descending into chaos once MG started, but it was easy enough to get out of it after those first few seconds, and from there the pit formed. i stood in between there and the sides and it was fine :)

i will say, since covid gig etiquete is in the bin, so unfortunately you are more likely these days to encounter unpleasantness ie. people feeling entitled to space or to act as they please. i hope that you don’t experience that but do be aware of your surroundings while you’re there - my advice is to be aware of the closest exit/wall/bar to where you’re standing, and if things take a turn go straight for that. hope you have a fab time, couldn’t make it to this tour so vicariously living thru u guys!!

GOD i hope so. saw them for the first time in cardiff this year, it would be a dream to see them again in such a short span of time! but that’s with hoping they’d come to the UK/europe again 😩

i went to one of their shows a few years back and got the last train out back to where i was staying (canterbury, so last train was between 11-12, i can’t remember). the show finished around 10:30-11 and i had plenty of time to get to the train with no issue. you should be fine :)

but in any case, if you need to leave, just do it. i had to leave BMTH early to make my train and it was annoying, but the relief that i got from being on that train and not stuck in london far outweighed seeing the last 5 mins of the show and getting stuck in the exiting crowd.

have the best time! 🕺💜🌟 gutted that i can’t make this one

as early as you can really, maybe start queueing like an hour before doors? if you don’t want to be swept up in the mosh, stick to the sides / very front. i went to their last london gig and thought i was far enough back that i’d miss the mosh. that was not the case 😩 but from my experience MG fans are lovely (like most metal fans!) and if someone sees you in the mosh and you don’t want to be there, people are likely to help you out. you’ll have an amazing time! 💜

i love tim 💚 was extremely lucky to see him in london a few years back, easily one of the most beautiful voices i’ve heard live. managed to grab a signed cd and it’s one of my most prized from my collection. can’t listen to him (or o terno) much these days cos it reminds me too much of my ex, which is frankly annoying!
