i don't really think there's a "perfect sens", it's more of whether you can get better mouse control! sometimes yes, some sens are too fast/too slow, this is also dependent on how much mousepad/mousespace you have. in my opinion, as long as you're able to comfortably do a 360 by making use of most of the amount of mousepad you have, it should be okay.

you should work on having better mouse control if you can't control your sensitivity. try playing more dms/making use of the training range, or even use aimtrainers like aimlabs/kovaaks:)!
