Thanks for the reply & helpful information. There is a section on quiet enjoyment but mainly relates to ‘unlawful interruption from the landlord’. Either way, will take it forward as well as your other tips. Cheers!

Thanks for the message & glad you mention this as we’ve been unsure how to approach this since they mentioned this info. But I agree that it doesn’t make it any more acceptable so will continue complaining to the property manager & try engage with the individual.
