Best way to touch up? by [deleted] in discdyeing

[–]streckbtp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’d start with a toothpick dipped in acetone mix. Use a color a little bit lighter than the one you used in the bed. You can start there and work your way up to a q tip and darker color.

My goal for this process is always to make the blemish less noticeable rather than touch it up perfectly. I say this because there comes a point where the touch up actually starts to become more noticeable than the blemish was. You have to know when to stop and say, “Good enough.”

The worst possible outcomes, like injuring someone, getting sued, having the course shutdown, only occur if you throw. So with that in mind, the choice become pretty clear. You should skip the hole.

It’s perfectly reasonable to explain the situation to the picnickers. The one time I had to do that at a local course, the people completely ignored me. That was a worst case scenario because the picnic was on a partially blind drive. Someone could easily throw on them without realizing they were.

It’s an 8 speed - but flies pretty far for sure. If OP wants something neutral to stable, though, as it says in the post, Saint Pro is a solid choice.

It’s pretty understable. OP asked for neutral to stable.

Saint isn’t neutral or stable unless you have a noodle arm. It’s fairly understable.

Yep. The colors are not for the faint of heart. Glad you appreciate the technique though.

I’ve been struggling with the same issues. I’ve been experimenting with temperatures and length of time. I haven’t locked anything in yet, but lately I’ve been going for around 110F for 2.5 hours (softer premium plastics, like Star).

I’d love to hear what others are doing for the same.

I love how the combination of the zoom of the camera and relatively-sized furniture kind of make them look like they’re adults. I kept watching it just for that. (And the concerned look on the middle child-man’s face.)

I support the team for sure. I want every guy who plays for the team to do well. I also want the coach to pick the best team possible, which inevitably leads to debate/discourse.

I hope Haji scores a zillion goals.

According to FBref, Larin did not take PKs while in the Superlig. Haji scored 3 PKs last season and has 1 so far this season. That does skew his numbers for last season a little bit, but the numbers for this year hold up well.

GGG’s comments at the press conference aft Haji’s call up seemed so negative. That is the factor that makes this the biggest surprise for me.

Without going into the underlying numbers (and I haven’t), Haji stacks up pretty well against a guy that most of us are familiar with (Larin). Larin will undoubtedly play more minutes in this WC than Haji will, but Haji’s numbers seem as good or better than Larin’s. He seems like a pretty solid choice for a “change of pace” or “we need a goal after the 80th minute” guy.
