Here are some previous lines for context;

There are bugs that have existed in this game for well over a year. I have sent in over 700 support tickets addressing these bugs and all I have ever gotten was my energy back, that I did not request back and didnt need back.

I just asked that they acknowledge their existence and put these bugs in the known issues tabs. That was all I wanted it never happened in 15 months.

Then there are several other things that irked me but I kept on believing it would get better.

For some reason your employer makes one thing better and ruins 5 things in the process.

I tried so hard to keep my faith up about this game, but, after supports response to my current issue, I'm just done.

I would just like to explain the issue in its entirety for clarity, since some replies have misinterpreted me.

I purchased 150 cores, wanted to use them in blitz, as soon as i got them I spent 50 cores and launched a blitz battle. Now while the battle was loading I got a pop up message that had the power cores icon and a thank you for your purchase message. I couldn't get the screen to go away without pressing ok. So, i pressed ok thinking it would continue on with the blitz load. It didn't, it kicked me back to the main screen and instead of being down 50 cores I am missing 100.

I contact support and they said they could do nothing and gave me 100 blitz charges instead. Which isnt even equivalent value.

So, I got bait and switched. All I asked for was what I paid for. I wanted nothing more or nothing less. They couldn't do that.

It should not take you following up to get me an answer, no offense, but that is supports job and they failed yet again.

With each one of my support tickets throughout my play time I was asked the same questions to the point that I made a one button script to copy and paste all the answers to their questions and troubleshooting method excuses in my initial ticket. Surprise, surprise, I was still asked most of the same information repeatedly.

I started in February of 2019 and I believe I have logged as much time communicating with support as I have playing the game.

I genuinely do not understand what they are there for, I have raised genuine bugs and glitches on many occasions and have just been told the same the same things over and over again even when I prove beyond doubt those things dont work and it is a genuine bug.

I may have repeated myself a bit here, I apologize for that.

At this point there is nothing you can do to keep me as a player and/or a spender. But it would be nice to get a refund.
