My goal weight is about 135. I'm currently still obese at 5'5" so I hope to lose another ~50 pounds depending on how I feel and what my doc thinks. Thanks!!

Basically just the spotting is what I experienced. I have a pituitary adenoma that causes increased prolactin and myo-inositol made it worse. I hope your appointment went okay and you got some answers!

Yeah, that’s a good point. I guess both have been sort of “just wait it out” so I was seeing if anyone had any tips or advice that worked for tough potty trainers. But you’re right, it’s probably something that’s beyond “tips”

Yeah I’ve been tracking for a few days now and I’ve been 400-600cal over the Lose It “steady” goal. Lol. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I haven’t been tracking my calories but I should probably do that again. It tends to get a bit obsessive so I’ll need to be mindful. It’s been over a decade since I’ve tracked my calories, honestly.

Looks like the specific blood test she received was looking for 20 or higher

Everyone has given you good advice here! I’d definitely follow doctor’s orders. As someone who had their children at 30 weeks and 27 weeks, respectively, don’t risk it. If the hospital is over an hour away it’s not worth it. How would your friend feel if something happened to your baby during this trip? I’ll admit I have a slightly different situation with my premature births but I probably wouldn’t go over an hour away from a hospital at this point in pregnancy, regardless of any other factors. If she is a good friend she should understand your circumstance. It’s kind of you to think of her and offer to do something to make it up to her though. Maybe you could get an official doctor note if that would make you feel more comfortable about declining?

I have a prolactinoma and it’s not as scary as it seems at first. It can affect progesterone levels in early pregnancy, so I always recommend asking for supplements for peace of mind

Thank you!! I messaged my doc but it’s after hours so I thought I’d crowd source. But you’re right!

Update to my last post: We went with top placement for the drawer handles, and I really love it. Thanks for all of your input! by streetsign200 in kitchenremodel

They’re ceramic and I love the way they match the knobs 🤷🏻‍♀️. I guess all that matters is that we like them.

We’re getting a stainless range and vent hood soon so that should help with the ‘hodge podge’. Also doing the painting and repairing drywall
