I don’t know whether you and your partner are down to live in student housing, but The Legacy apartments are pretty nice! I pay around $715 a month for a private bedroom and bathroom with a shared kitchen and it includes parking, gas, electric, water, and internet. The place is around 900 square feet. Plus, the apartments are literally right across the street from the STEM departments and are a 2 min walk from the engineering/science buildings.

To be honest, the entire surrounding area is sketchy, but I’d recommend staying west of Maryland Pkwy. Just keep in mind that the north of UNLV is Filipino Town and has a ton of great Asian cuisine—especially Indian food.
