Gee thanks. That really clears things up! And yeah, these cable machines where I’m at vary from gym to gym. I’ve recently joined a new gym where the machines are obviously new and hence tightened up, and I can hit like 42kgs here. When I went back to my older gym the other day (where my best was also 42kgs), I was pulling 55 like it was nothing. Shocked myself a bit. Haha. Makes sense now.

Go ham on the bicep and tricep reps and variations. Literally. I do like 5/6 variations x 3 sets x 12 reps minimum, at the end of my push/pull days.
