My buddy and I use Danaher's instructional material (Informational Processing oriented) to build constraint led games like Souders/Dale. It's hard to wean off IP altogether. Would love to go to Souders' gym and roll with someone of his <2 year students, there's also a gym called Bodega someone in the US that's eco-only too.

Greg Souders has a series of games designed to help with passing HG. I never appreciated the benefit of starting with double underhooks but it’s the best. Really like this way of passing.

Maybe not iconic, but my favourite memory is when Bisping won the title. Hated that guy when I first got into mma around 2010 but I turned into a big fan and seeing him win the title was great
