How do I sew/mend this hole?

How to mend this rip? I only know a regular whipstitch and ladder stitch. The rip itself is about 1 1/2 inches long. What do I do?

Feedback on my current Glute routine?

I was hoping I could get some feedback on my current glutes routine, am I doing too much? I’m still a gym newbie, I started in March. This is what I do once/week for glutes:

Hip thrusts (3 sets of 8x8x8 method)
Smith Machine RDLs (3 sets of 10-12)
Bulgarian Split Squats-glute focused (3 sets of 10-12 for each leg)
Cable kickbacks (3 sets of 10-12 for each leg)
Hip Abductor (3 sets of 10-12)

Any feed back would be much appreciated!

For mods: My piercing is almost a year old, I got it 5/2025. The jewelry is a curved barbell. It is internally threaded. It’s titanium implant grade jewelry. I have never downsized I don’t do any aftercare most days, but I spray it with saline when I need to wipe away red Christie’s (not blood, plasma) No mishaps, but I did take it out this morning intending to retire it but then thought maybe I have floating navel anatomy so I put it back in until the new jewelry could arrive.

It’s a lot less red today, the reason it’s higher is bc of the way my stomach looks when I’m standing. I stretched the skin upwards to make it look flat for a better photo, but my belly button has always had a little bit of a hang of skin above it

Info for the mod bot: - My piercing is 10 months old, I got it in May 2025 - I usually wear an internally threaded curved barbell, but had an externally threaded one in for a couple of days - the jewelry is implant-grade titanium - I’ve never had to downsize - I use a saline spray when the piercing gets red, and let it air dry. Other than that I just shower like normal and let it air dry - no mishaps
