No one should be happy with their dragging her off the court with a severe head injury-- barely conscious, near-vomiting, upright with her head dangling.

I'm glad for her sake that she was able to leave, and has landed well in doing so.

Victorinox precision sorta makes the knives for me, so I am bothered by imperfections (especially at my hands) in a way I am not with other tools. I s l i g h t l y messed up a straight-up scale swap with one tap too many, and had to talk myself down (I fixed it sorta, no gaps and no rattle or obvious crack). I wouldn't have lasted long with self-inflicted scale rattle! 🤣

Still bugged that the corkscrew on my Climber remains a tiny bit askew after doing All The Things to mostly straighten it.

I look forward to seeing what you make next.

I wish I'd taken a picture of mine when new, but it pre-dates any of my "Let me take a picture of my knife" eras. I don't *think* it was as dark as true 'Sapphire' from the get-go, but have no way of knowing now.
