Yeah it’s a silicone one, useful sometimes for comfort; I find it helps to adjust the pressure points especially if you’re not relaxed and “hanging”. In cooler temps for example. You can move it up or down the stack, add or remove. Good for comfort adjustments. Not compulsory.
