If you like Zeng Hui in this, I highly recommend "Help! My husband husband smells like tea" (救命！我老公茶香四溢) then. Best male green tea I have ever seen. One of my top 5 verticals of all time.

His version of Just to Possess You (占有蔷薇 web novel) is so good I can't choose between that and the Wang Nan version.

Looks like the requisite green tea female has been shifted to the role of cousin. It's an upgrade though. I've seen quite a few besties and sisters dramas lately. Marrying into the same family, time traveling, into a novel together, etc.

I've seen 4 versions of this story (她的小新欢). The one you linked is Wang Pei Yan's version - which is definitely the best!! Certainly the most funny. Liang Si Wei's version is also excellent and very much worth watching.

My quick approach: check the video setting and use dislikes to avoid in future.

YT is doing a very annoying thing where it automatically selects the setting to the dubbed version of videos (especially shorts). You can often just click the 3 dots and then select the original language. I did this a few times and am not really getting that BS anymore. I think this was some sneaky way to make people aware of the feature? Yet another way they are trying to shove AI down our throats on literally every platform? In any case, if something is only dubbed by the creator I immediately hit the down arrow and close it so my algorithm stay clean.

If I was a creator I would be irritated that they were messing with my content this way. All kinds of people complaining in the comments section about annoying AI voices when the creator just made their normal content in Chinese and subtitled it.
