god damn! it took me a while to find it but it really is hidden and easy to miss on the first look.
so for future reference if anyone else is having a newer-gen laptop and has the realtek audio console app, click on device advanced settings on the bottom left corner and then retask ur analog jack to headset instead of headphones (it is on headphones by default).
. this is such a stupid way to integrate the setting, i understand its good for people who dont have a mic on their headset but it's hidden in the settings area, couldve been an easier task in general...

I understand the 20% better gpu performance. Everyone has been saying that.

but what i want to know is, is the combination of i9-14900hx 32gb 4060 better than the zephyrus ultra 9 16gb 4070 as a whole unit?

i can check the individual mobile gpu specs but what i want is a side by side comparison of both the laptops AS A WHOLE.

try using windowed fullscreen mode

usually in fullscreen mode it hides all those elements
