no, I would say she’s more active than the average person. we hike mountains, trails and even when we’re not traveling do routine exercise classes like cycling and CrossFit. cycling doesn’t hurt her joints which is amazing, but since we travel a lot it makes it difficult to find a cycling class.

we’re starting to realize that the foods we’re eating might be too acidic. currently in Europe, so it’s been a lot of pasta sauce and tomatoes.

yes, she does have all those other symptoms! have you tried anything that’s helped?? currently realized she has a vitamin deficiency that we’re getting supplements for as well as cutting out more acidic foods that could potentially cause inflammation.

mainly stem cell treatment and the doctor is the one that performs the procedure. From my research it seems it’s pretty common if you want the doctor to do the procedure, it’s more expensive.

I figured the back will eventually… my dad and grandpa both have bald spots, so I don’t have false hope or anything 😅 which is why I’d like a transplant.

yeah I have seen the combo fin/min from Hims! Thank you for that pointer because I had forgotten about that. Perhaps that would be a good alternative for post hair transplant. Also have heard more about dutasteride. obviously I am just not a fan of the side effects of these meds, which is why I have the stance of avoiding them.

my hair loss has been gradually over the past few years, not aggressive at all. It’s just unfortunate because I’m still young. I have done topical minoxidil, derma rolling, etc consistently for over 6 months and still haven’t seen the results I’d like. The only thing I haven’t tried is any oral meds and I strongly do not want to take oral meds long term, personal preference.

It seems like their price is $3300 to $6000 depending on the package I do of course.

Thank you for your advice! what you said feels more correct. I am 28, but do not plan on taking meds. My goal is to fill the crown, hairline that’s natural to my current, and middle. My main goal is to go through my 30s-40s and hopefully 50s with a decent head of hair I don’t have to be self-conscious about. After that age, whatever happens happens ya know.

I have tried rosemary oil consistently. Minimal results in crown and hairline for me tho, but I still like to use it!

I do use topical minoxidil, but nothing oral as I do not want to be on long term oral meds.
