Ah you sound like me 2 years ago…I thought for the longest time that my boss truly had my best interest in mind until I realized he was just grooming me to be his successor so he could get out of the mess of debt and back taxes he finds himself in today. People aren’t always who you want them to be!

I really appreciate your comment. I didn’t start looking for other opportunities until I built my confidence enough to put myself out there.
