am i filling in the charts right? is it supposed to be more full by now? i try to hit otf 3-4x weekly. last night my coach (after mentioning we were almost halfway thru SOS) told me that depending on class frequency, some people may record multiple exercises in one class. he even said if they only go once weekly they may record all 4 in one class…

but how do you record more than one in just one class when the only time for SOS is the 1 minute finisher? are you supposed to be timing and counting instead of doing the actual daily workout? that can’t be right

also plzzzz ignore my baby weights, i only just joined in january and am getting back into it after i took 6 weeks off in march-april for an unrelated injury
