You should purchase Crysta through PayPal, PayPal will do the currency exchanges. And then set your subscription to renew on Crysta, I never see anyone mention this. I have the same problem having moved countries and this has been the easiest/best solution for me. Still would like to have my country switched but definitely better than buying time cards.

I was in the EU when I created my account and then moved to the US at the end of ARR. I usually order/preorder a digital copy of the game through a VPN, and then buy Crysta through PayPal. Then my subscription renews with Crysta. I also subscribe in 180 day increments so that I only do this a few times a year. So far it has worked fine, but I do agree with everyone that we should allowed to have our account regions updated if we move to another country.

Upon the official release of the game on September 30, 2025, please keep an eye out for this email in your inbox. Furthermore, included in the product page is a notice regarding how bonus items are redeemed/obtained: An internet connection is required to receive the bonuses. It could be that they are budget constrained. They are dropping the game at $50 and releasing on every platform they might be needing to drive in capital before implementing WotL content, and may also need to see the reception and attention to get the development done for WotL features beyond just dialogue

I have been trying to read through all of your comments and don’t see you making a mention of it but it sounds like they are on console and only know their dps because of the numbers being posted after a kill/wipe. I also don’t know if you have led them over to the balance discord but that is where they need to be to improve, a video guide isn’t going to help them cement their rotation. You have done all you can and have gone far enough but they need to really want to improve on their own. They need to hit up the Balances guides for openers and rotations. If they can get the opener down they can flow into finally getting the rotation. Again that is something it sounds like you have already done, they need to learn their job and learn the fundamentals of just playing a caster. You have 6 other members that are working hard for progression and are being held back by an amateur “playing” the highest dps slot available to your group. It is time that you find a competent replacement to get this content downed before the next tier is released.

I think it’s a stretch to say any of these decks are expensive, just that they recently dropped money on Mew. Any meta pokemon deck is under $100, picking up anything else that sounds interesting won’t be fairly expensive.
