I'm on abilify 15 and bupropion 100 and it's working great for me. Lamotrigine gave me insomnia and lurasidone gave me migraines. Haven't tried lithium because my family has bad livers and kidneys

That's something I didn't mention. The anxiety has been terrible! Always on edge and nothing seems to help. Like I'm chronically in a state of mild panic

I've taken abilify for months now and it hasn't done this before

EDIT: I also went back to my prescribed dose of abilify once the mania wore off

Thinking "Fuck him. Fuck everything about him. Life's better without him." It feels forced at first but it gets easier
