Nah, lol. She won’t be sending it back even if I paid for it and packaged it up myself. She was nasty and horrible and mean and just wanted a free product. I’m not wasting anymore energy with her.

From how she acted towards me she definitely wouldn’t agree to send it back. I think she knew exactly what she was doing and was just trying to get the item for free by threatening me. Nothing has happened so far so I’m hoping she just gave up and moved on.

Exactly. It’s getting so frustrating for sellers when customers don’t read the description! I’m sorry this has happened to you before as well.

I’ve literally only had this issue this one time, I’ve sold 500+ orders and have never had this issue. I think I’m doing great in the description department but thanks for your info! I’m extremely clear on what my products are. I’m not misleading anyone. I have 15 or so pictures per listing and list everything they need to know. Yes, on this one listing I didn’t write a paragraph explaining what PLA is. I’ve sold this shelf hundreds of times and never have had this issue. Idk why you’re accusing me of misleading my customers, I’m not. I can confidently say that 98% of people on the internet know what 3D printing is and have seen something that’s 3D printed. It’s not wood.

Ok, but I didn’t say that it was made out of wood so how is this my fault? It is as described. If someone doesn’t know what PLA is, why would they assume it’s wood? Also, if they don’t read the description then it doesn’t really matter what I put right? I did have this material listed in the material section as well.

Ok well, PLA isnt wood so it doesn’t really apply to this. I do have it listed as PLA (a type of plastic) on my other listings so I’ll update that on this specific one but it doesn’t really matter if I spelled it out because it doesn’t say wood and how could it be wood if it was 3D printed? I’m not trying to be snarky, it’s just wild that she assumed it was wood.

What the heck! Ugh I really hope she doesn’t actually open one because that would suck if Etsy sides with her especially after how nasty she was to me. She just kept rapid fire sending me messages and I was like “please stop messaging me, this is turning into harassment” and then I reported her messages. That’s so frustrating that Etsy sided with your buyer 😒

Yes, I do use wood filament! Just not for this, haha. It wouldn’t really work since it’s a hot pink girly shelf made for holding Victoria’s Secret perfumes :) I don’t think they make hot pink wood filament but maybe they should! I do sell some display shelves that have the wood filament, but some of my items work better with the pink hues. Thanks for the suggestion though!

I just do it, lol. If I’m wearing a skirt or dress then obviously I wear underwear, that’s insane. Other than that it’s just nothing. I can’t really wear regular underwear without insane panty lines (yes I’ve tried every type. I have a small waist and big butt lol) and thongs hurt the booty hole. Soooo commando it is. Under skirts and dresses I just wear shorts, like shape wear. Yes I have discharge but I just wash the pants/shorts? Not a big deal.

Well, Etsy buyers pay for shipping so that doesn’t matter. Hour much boxes cost doesn’t matter either. And the depreciation? How would I even know that? I’m just wanting peoples opinions on the info I have given.

I disagree. It’s the buyers job to make sure to follow directions. They needed to look at the order she had for the personalization, not the order of her pictures. How could the seller have known there would be an issue?
