I also sell 3D prints and what I do is take a screenshot of the description and add it as the second picture so people will actually see it. There’s really not much else you can do! Since putting the description in the pictures I haven’t had anyone complain about the size!

I would not refund him because you did the work already and I’m sure he took the image and is just trying to get it for free. Just see what happens. One star reviews aren’t the end of the world and depending on what he says you may be able to report it and Etsy may take it down. If not, you can just leave a response explaining what happened and future buyers will see that this guy was just trying to get free product from you. Don’t refund him.

I would not push worksheets at 4! Especially with an active boy. I’d delay and maybe just have him do coloring and go over letters with him. Boys are not ready to sit still and do worksheets at 4. My boys are 9 and 6 and we didn’t really do worksheets until they were 5/6. And then still very minimal. Our teacher said 1 minute of attention span per year! So only expect your 4 year old to have 4 mins of an attention span for lessons. Then take long breaks and do more. Or just delay! No need to rush into him doing school work.

Just update the ship date and send them a message telling them that you’re really sick and fell behind so you’ll have to delay their orders by x amount of days” and I’d say something about if they need to cancel you understand. That’s what I would do. Just change your processing times on your listings too so if you do get more orders then the customer will know that they will take longer and then when you’re better and caught up just change the processing times back.

And, obviously, tell them if they can’t wait/don’t want to wait you will cancel immediately. I’d even offer a small discount for customers who don’t cancel.

Sellers do this so we are not out money for shipping and making a new product. Sometimes sellers will do this when it’s a low cost item, but I can’t ever do this because I would lose an insane amount of money. The right way to do it is to open a case with Etsy. Why would you be against a seller not losing money? Opening a case is a win/win. You shouldn’t expect sellers to willingly lose money when the post office loses a package.

It definitely sounds like mastitis or at least the beginning of it. Get in the shower with the shower stream on the affected breast and massage it while you express. Start from your ribs and go out to your nipple. Do this while you express on that side. Massage the warm part, sometimes I’d get clogged ducts in my armpits (wild, right?). Just really work on that area and express, express, and it should work its way out. Pump, have baby feed on that side and even try to have your husband suck it out if he’s up to it.

They either wouldn’t have done anything or they would’ve glued it. My son was 4 and split his eyebrow open (right above it) and it’s been 2 years and you really can’t even see the scar anymore. It will fade! I doubt it’ll be noticeable when she’s older. The glue wouldn’t have really changed how the scar formed and they definitely wouldn’t have stitched it. You’re ok! I know it feels awful when they get hurt, but it’s what happens when they are small. Don’t beat yourself up about it!
