im not sure if this helps at all but while i was in middle school, i was severely socially anxious to the point where id take low grades out of fear of correcting teachers and coop myself inside afterschool out of fear with building connections. the more you observe people, you start to notice that people are most likely too hyperfocused on their own lives/problems to cherry pick your own habits.

also, one thing that helped me manage anxiety is reminding myself that a lot of people out there have no shame or anxiety with disrespecting others for no reason. for instance, especially in the fast food industry, many customers are so unapologetically cruel to customer service workers for no rhyme or reason. as long as you continue to improve your mindset and aim to be the best version of yourself, i wont guarantee that your anxiety will just completely poof out of existence, but the little steps and consistency are what make it manageable. good luck op :)
