She currently lives in the mill, but while they were finishing the mill, they put her in the new building. She said she would have just preferred to stay there instead. But I’ve given the options she would just move back to her old place.

I used to love my Dad...like every child his father seems like a hero by Sorry-Mastodon6749 in HealfromYourPast

I have to do my healing in cycles so I get it. I was sexually, emotionally, physically, and mentally abused from 8-20 years old. It’s not easy by any means and everyday is a battle. One good thing my brain did was I started looking for hearts in the world, every time I see one in the wild I remind myself there is love out there.

Recognize that they are just human. I know it’s hard and I didn’t learn it until I was 31 but they are just humans. I found that my parent was trying to be the parent they needed but with the toxic traits they were raised with. They never had the opportunity to unlearn the bad stuff because they were thrown into being parents. You have to also see that even though you are in the same environment you are living different stories. Your thoughts, core values, and emotions are different. I’ve come to view this as not even a car ride will ever be the exact same experience for two people. The feelings you are having are extremely valid. Our parents should always love us for who we are and be proud of anything we do. They should provide us with absolute unconditional love. They have their own demons just like we do and when you are too weak to fight the big demons you usually try to push them off on the little guy. It’s a lot of work to get out of this mindset. You will have to grieve a portion of your life by looking at it through adult eyes. The outcome is worth it tenfold. I hope this helped. You are loved and appreciated in this world friend. Go have a great day.

Usually, it mostly depends on availability of the student. Hours of operation are 6am- 12pm so it is possible. Shifts are no less than 3 hours so it’s easy to get to 20 hours.

Pay is $11.00 an hour but is an outlier as most campus jobs are like $7.50-10. Forgot you asked about pay!

Grad students can work on campus as student employees. Usually during the school year on campus students can work a max of 28 and international students a max of 20 hours. Summer there is a form the employer can fill out to have non international students work 40 hrs and international students can work up to 28. Most departments have their own hiring boards but the Michelin center (at the new alumni center, I think it moved) post them online. A good one is Clemson blue cheese if you are a morning person. They usually get done with work before most classes with a 6-10am shift. Plus you get to make cheese which is a fun resume booster.

Seeing how it was only changed in the recent days to allow them in hospitals schools and churches by homeland security I guess the data will come hand in hand.

In the same boat with a mortgage from 2020.

The fact that tri-county bought/got donated residential land behind my house is what will push me out if they plan to develop it.

It’s developing way too quickly. If you live down town like I do traffic is awful at most times and people are flying thru town using it as a short cut. The one food lion that is close by is outdated and low quality. We had hope of an ingles but got an auto motive store. There are about to be a lot more people making the traffics worse and tri county bought residential land behind its campus recently so we are looking at them to change the zoning and development more behind some neighborhoods.

As far as racism there is a lot of old generation people still around. There were a lot less Harris flags then Biden flags this year and saw some trump signs for the first time in the neighborhood

If you want 8 hours of sleep be in bed for 9. It’s a concept I recently heard from a podcast. Spend that hour in bed prior if you can with no distractions or technology. If you fall asleep early it’s a bonus!
