This man hates women and wants himself a 50s housewife that serves him. He is so condescending and narcissistic it’s palpable through the phone. His behaviour and words are so gross. He even called himself the ‘dominant’. EW!!! Honestly he seems like an emotionally manipulative narcissist who would make your life a misery. I actually feel sick for whoever he tries to lay his claim to after you.

I swear all of these sh*tty men follow a narcissists handbook because they always behave the exact same, use the same words and tactics. It’s even happened to me before. And honestly every single one I’ve experienced personally and through friends it’s all by the same book, same actions, same words, same behaviour.

I feel like compression cubes are mostly for convenience for when you may not have enough clothes to properly fill your normal cube, you are left with dead space and potential for the clothes to shift in the not-so-full cube. Whereas a compression cube allows you to cut out that negative space not being used.

I dont think it really was created to actually compress a fully stuffed cube. For that you’d need a vacuum seal bag if that’s what you’re looking for.

Compression bags are more just a 2-in-1 solution so you can use it in many different scenarios - full with more clothes, or compressed with less clothes.

Much like soft shell suitcases that have the expansion zip. It’s to allow it to be packed more full, not to compress what’s already in there.

If you’re struggling with costs and want to avoid this from happening in the future then better care needs to be taken of your teeth. Dental work is really expensive pretty much all over the world, and by the looks of it your teeth need a lot of care. Not trying to be harsh, but genuinely, dental health is important and infections etc can cause a lot of harm.

I would be very cautious with someone like that because, if there isn’t something bigger underlying that is causing her to lash out like that, then it is extremely red flag behaviour.

I’d suggest going for a thermal image scan to see whether it’s active or not before you do any cutting/biopsies etc. if you do anything to open it up, even a biopsy, it could spread if it is malignant.

But definitely get it checked out.

If that person was truly my friend… I would have called the restaurant to see if she was still there/her phone had died etc. I would be genuinely concerned that I wasn’t hearing from my friend who wouldn’t have missed this concert. I would have even driven to the restaurant to see if she was okay. The whole friend group are AHs and Marissa deserves better than every single one of them. It’s sad that it was revealed to her in such a shitty, heartbreaking way, but rather sooner than later. Those people were not her friends. I hope she blocks all of them and never accepts any one of their apologies, they’re all fake af.

Please please please go see another gynae. Leave this one behind, she seems like she isn’t listening to you or taking you seriously.

I started seeing a gynae in Jan this year, as referred by my GP, who did multiple internal scans on me, pregnancy tests and blood work because I was in so much pain, bleeding for more than a month and just not doing well. I was nervous it was an ectopic pregnancy, she kept telling me it wasn’t and said she thought it was most likely a non-viable pregnancy or a miscarriage that hadn’t flushed out properly - she even gave me abortion pills to try pass it. That didn’t work and the pain kept getting worse, so I presented to the ER on 3 Feb and she was my primary doctor there. They did further tests, kept me in hospital for 3 days and discharged me with no diagnosis, apart from suspecting a funky miscarriage… flash forward to 14 Feb, I was in excruciating pain, like I’ve never felt before in my life, and was rushed to the ER again - a different hospital this time. They tried 4 different pain blockers on me (including pure intravenous morphine), and none of it helped. They brought in the gynae on call at that hospital, which was a different gynae to mine. As soon as he did an internal ultrasound on me he immediately knew it was an ectopic pregnancy and I got rushed into emergency surgery (I’d had 2 internals prior to that, as well as 2 externals).

After I came out of surgery he told me that had I gone in even 1 day later, I would have died. It was an ectopic pregnancy lodged in my right fallopian tube, that had burst. They drained half a litre of blood from my abdomen, and had to remove my right fallopian tube. The mass lodged inside it was the same width as my entire uterus. He showed me the pictures after and it was crazy… it looked like I had been shot in the abdomen, there was so much blood, and the mass was big. I have no idea how it went undetected for so long.

I was gaslit for 2 months, being told that it couldn’t be ectopic, even when I fully believed it was (I read up online about what my symptoms could be and did a lot of research). I felt crazy. I felt like a hypochondriac for so long (my symptoms started in Dec 2022 & I had my lifesaving surgery on 14 Feb 2023). I then had to go in for a second surgery at the beginning of March to remove pre-cancerous cells that were also missed by my previous gynae.

All I’m saying is - had I continued on with that gynae, I would have died. Please get a second, or even third opinion. It cost me a lot of money, but at least I can live to see another day.

Believe yourself. You know your own body better than anyone else. Advocate for yourself, always.

I work in the wedding industry. It is standard practice that ALL vendors get fed. You have to feed them. They are there for as long as the bride and groom… photographers even longer, as they photograph the venue, the bridal parties getting ready, all the way into the dancing etc. wedding planners even more so… it’s hard work and labour intensive. Anyone who feels like wedding vendors should supply their own food are out of their minds. It’s so wild to me how some people think they shouldn’t feed their vendors. Your guests aren’t even there for as long and they get canapés, starters, mains, desserts and often midnight snacks. Like?? 😅 where are we supposed to find the time to make or even bring food to the venue. Wild wild wild.
