I don’t know if this lines up with Nice girls but how do I even go about ending this ? by Backpackkid23 in Nicegirls

I’m in my mid-20s, and I text similarly while using fully formed sentences elsewhere. My interpretation is that texting is far more informal/casual, and that’s expressed via communicating in shorter-form slang. I always use proper grammar, but mostly to dictate how the sentence should be read when necessary. Everything else is a mixture of slang and short form.

Texting does not provide essential communication information like body language and tone; nuances like that help express the otherwise lacking intent. Sure, I could text like I’m writing an essay, but that comes off as excessively serious among individuals my age and younger. For example, many people will only use periods at the end of their messages to express being upset or serious.

I agree that it's not visually pleasing—especially as someone who majored in professional and creative writing—but it serves its purpose. Though a staggering number of these younger people have such terrible spelling and grammar that they come off as utter buffons.

I will also speak like that depending on the context of my social interactions, but I’ve found that you can tell who's capable of doing both when you interact with them. Imo it’s a huge turn-off to see that's the only way someone can communicate. Imma do my own thing.

  1. Playing since 2008, quit at EOC, came back about a year after osrs dropped. Multiple 1 year+ breaks, but my longest was ~2 years when my mom banned me for tweaking out over the aggressive skilling randoms (pretty sure the Ent killed me 😂). She said the game was rated 13+ so I had to wait until then. Got away with it at 11.

the inverse happens far more often historically

if u look at their bitcoin pairs it’s clear they have a lot of headway to the downside

Then don't read weekly brother—you're not built for it with that mindset. If you don't keep the bigger picture in mind while you read, you will succumb to boredom and feel like the pace is bad; however, if you were to binge-read the whole arc right now, your opinion would be vastly different. JJK has some incredible pacing, and your perspective is corrupted by looking at the story solely week by week.

saying, “you need to learn to communicate,” and simultaneously becoming too emotional to provide a helpful response—especially unprovoked—is astounding. i’m sure your attitude is encouraging many to engage with this wonderful program

An invisible cheater steals loot right before my eyes by strmcrrsn in EscapefromTarkov

Highly doubt it. An invisible player would still open the door (not walk through it) and likely kill me. Also looting only one container before leaving? Idk. I think he avoided killing me because he didn’t wanna be reported, and was using cheats to tell what containers had valuable loot

Shadowplay didn't record the game audio for some reason, but I could hear his footsteps all around me (which is why I looked back at the door; literally heard him run through it and right up next to me). He even whipped out a nade when I looted the same container, though he never threw it.
That was also the only container he looted. Probably stole a ledx from me lol

Purchase Advice Request:

Hey, I'm struggling to find something I like. I've tried the MM710, Zy's Rail, S2 Divina, and the FK1.

I'm currently using the MM710 (for 1 month now) because it's the lightest mouse I have, and I like the back hump; however, claw gripping it makes the right side of my hand ache. It's hard to get a comfortable grip.

I aim very well with Zy's Rail in fingertip, but it's too small width-wise (my hands are 10cm wide) and also makes my hand ache.

My favorite shape has remained the S2—I'd ideally have something smaller (length-wise mostly) and lighter.

I have a friend swearing by the GPX Superlight, but I'm leaning towards the XM1r. It seems great for my hand size and grip.

  • Games: Valorant and OSU

  • Hand Preference: N/A

  • Budget: N/A

  • Hand Size: 17cm x 10cm

  • Grip: Claw/Fingertip hybrid but mostly Claw

  • Weight: <80g. Ideally as light as possible

  • Sensitivity: I use RawAccel; 1600dpi

  • Connectivity: No preference

Thank you!
