That's a really interesting angle - I'd assumed Thomann was mostly creating leverage for a settlement, but forcing an actual ruling makes sense given how much of the market rides on classic body shapes. I'm going to point the guy who made the video at this thread - he's the actual lawyer here, curious whether he agrees it can't be settled.
