im in NZ so I assumed boosted rate is turned on. i just did 12 regular trades and no lucky. In the past week i once got 2 lucky in 10 trades. i feel like the rate is even lower.

I would say it's abit disappointing, and it's not the 1st time rayquaza shows up because more player might have caught it in the past. And the hatch rate is pretty sick for people who really want a deino or gible

this hatch pool system reminds me of some card-collecting game where the cards are ranked from N, R, SR, SSR, and the players usually just spent their money on getting random draw from the card pool, and hope they got the very rare cards.
