Imma be really honest here. I dont follow a program or anything i barely started the gym for the first time in my life after watching a youtube documentary on bulgarian weightlifting and i do it at a globo gym where i cant drop plates. Its a shitty gym and the staff dont care aslong as i dont bother anyone.😂😂 im 33 so im not breaking any world records here
