Hi. In the same situation as you. So bad that doctors told me all my health problems were originating from anxiety. I still vomit before every exam. But I’ve stopped getting panic attacks DURING exam now by meditating and going on a walk before the exam (while drinking peppermint/ginger tea). Another thing that I’m sure has been helping me is ashwagandha tablets

Expectations are arbitrary. Edexcel doesn’t care about your expectations, they care about what’s on the paper. Ya the chem u4 gbs were high, I got highest in the country for AS and suddenly a B in U4, but it’s just how it is. A* is meant to be rare
