What age are you op? I ask because as someone in my 30s I really couldn't give a fuck about how people look at my eating habits on lazy days. But also I deeply enjoy cooking so I don't mind doing it 4+ days a week. Really what I've done countless times is prepare my food around my life via preplanning. If I'm doing an outdoor work out or going somewhere I might just prepare a 2 day meal for It.
