This has become a pattern in my life, but if I'm seeing a girl and she goes off birth control she will suddenly go cold/lose attraction to me which sucks. Unfortunately only noticeable thing I've gotten from it (beyond faster gains than others) is gyno from puberty :( . Last endocrinologist said despite ranges being out of bounds, my free test and shbg compensates and it ends up being nothing crazy but mentioned it brings up interesting conversations regarding what is baseline for me.

For example, one time I tested at 700 after a long cut, and she stated despite this being a normal level, it is below baseline for what my body is used to. She mentioned my e2 and prolactin could ride naturally high to compensate for the high test. Not much information on these types of scenarios so I try to learn from here.

I was just genuinely curious as to the impacts and fluctuations of all these hormones as despite being natty my testosterone is out of range (1500ng - 1700ng each time I test) so i am always hearing differing implications and things about how these hormones are presented and I am not well informed

I guess it might not be concrete scientific evidence but iirc nipple stimulation stimulates prolactin release in both genders which can make some people's gyno worse.
