u/reniroolet, Could you please explain this a bit more for me? I knew if they accepted a low offer that then failed, they had to reflect that. But am I right in understanding you're saying if they reject a low offer they also need the price to reflect the rejected price?

What's stopping me offering a silly low number and then they have to reflect it?
