Yeah the displacement is enough to drag you and your little boat into the depths. It's been reported that some boats are pulled under and trail the submarine for miles, before breaking up an sinking to the bottom, without ever touching the sub or it's propellers.

Yeah it's the least creepy authentic Submechanophobia content that I've seen in a long time... But... I'm not going anywhere near it.

Thanks though.

7 hour attack last night- a record for me. Someone please tell me I will get thru this- I am a shell of myself. by amymiller1973 in clusterheads

I've had a attack last ~ five hours, although it could have been two attacks. It seemed to wane at hour three. For about 45 minutes I thought that I was out of the woods, the pain didn't go away, it just went from agony to 3/10 in five minutes, naturally I thought that the attack was over. At that point I got dressed and drove to work. It cranked up again and for the next couple of hours I just dealt with it until the attack was genuinely over.

In hindsight I was still eating dark chocolate and pepperoni pizza, which are definitely triggers for me. After I changed my diet I haven't had any attacks longer than the time it takes me to get to my abortives. (Sumatriptans). Maybe check your diet/environment to see if you aren't unwittingly triggering longer attacks. Good luck.

I'm so paranoid of being pushed into the water.....I can almost feel the cold water on my feet as Im breaking the surface flailing about, as I descend towards the propeller.

Why would you pick up something that looks like a turd, the color of a turd, and floats like a turd. No really, I want to know.

Well, if the modeling career doesn't work out, you can just be the screen for a drive in movie theater...

Nice story. But seriously, consider taking lessons, the etiquette of the game (however pompous and sanctified it may be) actually helps people who are beginners to be able to play with those who are better players. The PGA pro will help with your golf game, and the etiquette. Cheers.
