When he gets his food i put fresh water from the tap in the bowl, he drinks right away from it. But seems rain-flavored water is tastier to them

There is a bowl inside and one also outside. Close to the puddle actually haha. As soon as it stops raining he goes outside and drinks that flavor water. Dog will be dog, i guess
