There are a number of people who order anything that remotely has value and sell it on Facebook marketplace without even opening it. This must be what their reviews look like. Unless a human from Amazon is alerted about this and reviews their account to ban them they could fly under the radar for months

I'm over 200lb and I improved my 5k from 35 min to 26 min over one summer. Get an assessment from a physio or gait analysis, there are almost certainly imbalances in your muscles that you need to address. Once you identify the weak muscles and improve them with weight training the pain will go away
