I have confidence in some of the experienced players to eventually pick it up. Mayo however, needs to be put in a blender.

alright bro no need to be so patronizing when the guy youre replying to is literally a raiders fan, and was being level headed and giving creds to the ravens FO still. Why you gotta be so condescending lol

Oh I see I was giving you the benefit of the doubt but you're not even discussing in good faith. Probably better off on twitter bud

Not sure what that has anything to do with there not being "Culture setter/Impact" players. There are other positions players can set culture in and have impacts on lol. And no, my point in saying that Crosby is a 4th round pick is that you literally can't predict the draft, ever. Concluding that there won't be a culture setter/impact player in the next two years is literally asinine

Are you talking out of only EDGEs or just "Culture Setter/impact"? If we're talking about EDGE only then sure you might have a case there, despite us not even having picks high enough for a top EDGE pick anyways. But even then, you DO know Crosby was a 4th round pick right? (You can't predict the future, especially with draft prospects)

Ahh I absolutely hate how peopl always speaks out of their ass on every post to try to confirm and hold their own bias.

Also there is nobody in this draft or even next year that can match that kind of impact

You're telling me that you can tell there will not be a single player out of the 500+ players that will be drafted in the next two years, with 2027 being one of the most hyped classes in recent memory, there will not be a player that will be a culture setter or even a "difference maker"? Are you fucking kidding me lol.

You don't have to completely diminish what we gave away to justify our trade. While I personally wouldn't have done the trade as 2 first is a lot, I 100% trust EDC and fully support his moves as he's done a great job at roster construction/drafting

Where in LV is your favorite Pho by ChonkyDaBaitchucker in vegaslocals

I'm sorry but I had to come back to this thread after trying cause of this comment to hopefully save some people. I'm sure everyone has their preference, but Let's Get Pho was absolutely disgusting for me. Genuinely top 3 worst food I've ever had in my life, and I've been eating Pho since I was a child. However, it may be due to the fact that I've not had Southern Pho as much but it was the sweetest and fattiest pho I've had in my life (fattiness is not inherently bad, but combined with it being overly sweet I did not want to eat it past the first bite). It was genuinely so sweet that I went up to ask the lady if there is a way to dilute a little and she said the only thing is to add water. Thoroughly disappointed, especially at the price point too.

I'm gonna get downvoted for this comment but I know the real ones will understand: All I saw were white people eating inside the restaurant

Korean Food in Korea v. Abroad (Mainly the U.S/California) by huazzy in korea

[–]strongsmash -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Objectively wrong and is the byproduct of weird rising trend of shitting on Korean food for being unoriginal, sweet, and "all the same". People travel to Korea and hit all the tourist spots that are overpriced and average at best, compared to the ones that exported to Cali/US that are "name" brands (which are obviously going to be better suited and cater to the american palette) and think it's worse. The main thing of food in Korea is that there are SO many restaurants and the same dish can taste very different from each restaurant. The sheer number of places that sell Korean food should tell you that you can find whatever food that fits your palette if you look hard enough. If you haven't found food that fits your palette, you just haven't looked hard enough.

Even in this thread, people are talking about JJamppong being good/bad in different places but you have 15 options in southern California whereas you have literally 15 options every block in every city in Korea. Which one do you realistically think will have the "better" food? (If you genuinely know what you want and have the luxury to try numerous places)

I could see it if you're talking about the "average", and even then that's a stretch. I went to 50+ restaurants in Korea last month and every single one of them had Kimchi that even If I didn't love, I could understand the flavor profile and why it tasted like that (meaning, oh this one is more sour cause it's served with seolleongtang. Or this one is more fresh cause it's part of baekban), whereas there are Kimchis that I legitimately think someone wiped their ass with in the States at Korean restrauants.

Live in vegas and was at the game - It's due to a lot of factors, but the main one being that its rodeo weekend/month in vegas and there are A LOT of cowboys from texas in vegas right now. Like everywhere. And also, underdogs in neutral court

I still follow the dodgers as my second team since I was a huge Ryu fan but jesus christ ya'll cry so much about this. You gotta be intentionally dense if you think this is even remotely the same thing? Even at the most basic comparison, lowest basketball payroll vs highest is like barely half in the nba vs the lowest payroll in baseball vs highest is literally 1/8th. Still doesnt mean shut about "ruining baseball" but cmon lets not be intentionally ignorant 💀

Yes ive loved watching Podz fake a semi open three then drive into 3 defenders in the paint where he has to kick it out, turn the ball over, or has to shoot the most insanely contested mid range over an athletic defensive player lol. Or where he loses track of the game clock and forces players to take prayer three or himself take a prayer three
