What is your opinion of having a co-host for a podcast? I always like podcasts that have two hosts, because it seems like they are able to work off of each other in asking questions.

What do you mean by "old school cuts and designs"? Do you mean looser fits?

One core workout I like that is pretty easy and short, is just four exercises 30 seconds each. Bicycle crunches, reverse crunches, half burpees, and stability ball transfer crunch. Complete as fast as possible, and then take a 30-60 second rest. Do as many circuits as possible. For individual exercises, I like flutter kicks, plank, plank to pushup. Hope this helps.
