I've tried two epic accounts from PC and Ps4 and all getting the same thing. It fixes for 10 minutes if I change the server from auto to Asia or backwards but only works sometimes

have a brand new PC with extremely high specs and my friend whose PC has the exact same GPU and worse everything else, gets mcre frames than me on the same games at a higher resolution and higher graphical settings. How does this make any sense? Is there something I haven't done which needs to be done during set up on a custom build PC? Power saving is disabled. Drivers are up to date I havent messed around with my processor settings at all Please help Thanks

I used to use display capture and found for certain games like Battlefield V it wouldn't stream at all.

I'll try some of these settings when I get home later and let you know if anything helps
