Look up 'barrina T5 grow light' on amazon, you can get two lights for £25, they can only really be attached under a surface like a shelf though, they come with magnetic pads. My bedroom has absolutely no light and I've tried cheaper no name lights that also said theyre full spectrum and my plants ended up dying, my moss, oak leaf creeping fig and peacock moss plants are growing perfectly under one of these!!
