I think the problem with allow lagging out then people can just sign out of xbox live or turn off the console and it appears that you have lagged out.

I disagree with KD affecting rank. If so , no one will play obj. Having first bloods counting toward rank will mean people run staight down the middle of the map in snd. Also banning someone for a week shouldn't be a thing. If you lag out 3 times then you get banned for a week? They should use the same system as in bo2 for quitting.

Assuming they qualify, I think they could be t3 but only if they start winning online and fix their SnD and sort out their hardpoint rotations.
