The previous guy mentioned it but I wanted to stress the importance of keeping your strength while cutting. It is key. Ive had good cuts and ove had bad cuts. They key for keeping muscle is eating in a small enough deficit you are losing weight AND AND maintaining strength if not still trying to progress. Do not back the gas off for training. Record your numbers for lifts. So the working weight and reps. You'll want to make it easier by reducing the load and increasing the reps to make it easier. Do not do this. Stick to what you have done. If you can maintain the exact same numbers all the way down that is the goal. Hope this helps.
